The Service Mgr and Kevin are truly professional and knowledgeable Ford personnel. This will be the only reason I’ll stay with Ford.

Shortly after I moved, in 2018, to Granbury I had an absolutely awful experience with the Granbury Ford’s service department. Since then I have not used the local Ford agency. One of your Service Advisors Tyler Duncan (?) changed that. I will now be bringing both of my Ford vehicles Shottenkirk Ford for service. Thanks

Wow, i had no idea how good Ford sevice was. The valet service is excellent. They came to my house once before to install a couple of recalls and now to work on the transmission. Why would i want to go anywhere else. Thank you Ford for all you help keeping my truck running in tip top shape.

I've always experienced great service with everyone at any point in time I've had four different Ford Escapes in the last few years and I've never had an issue with the service or the courtesy that I've received unfortunately my only issue with Ford in the way that they keep changing their Motors and making it harder for the mechanics to deal with which takes a little longer please understand it's not the fault of the mechanics I appreciate everything they do to ensure that everything is done thank you for everything you do and have done in the past years it's now 2025 and yet again here I am with another Ford Escape being serviced and I concur that over the years they continue to provide great service professionalism their pickup and delivery service again very grateful to have it and I appreciate the honesty and the willingness to ensure that all repairs are done properly and that they have the highest regard for their customers and making sure that effort is done and maintaining also professionalism courtesy and respect to their customers thank you again for all that you do and it's my hope that we will be able to continue our services with my next forward Adventure
